Let’s Dance Kids! is a California nonprofit corporation (501c3) which provides ballroom dance training to teachers, children, and families in underserved communities.

MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of  Let’s Dance Kids! is to foster creativity, self-discipline, confidence, respect, and social skills in children through exposure to the art of ballroom dance and related genres.

Let’s Dance Kids! was founded in 2015 and was formerly known as Mary Murphy’s Chance to Dance, which was founded in 2006. To date these organizations have served over 4000 children and their families. Our goal is to expand this program to the entire San Diego community. The target population is those children who would not ordinarily have the opportunity to participate in the art of ballroom dance.

*There is no cost to children or families to participate and the Board of Directors serve on a volunteer basis, so all donations go directly to the children and our programs.
